A symposium to Ouidah (Benin)
The conference will take place in the town of Ouidah in Benin, from the 26th to the 29th of March, 2018, at the IRSP (Regional Public Health Institut), 42 km from Cotonou.

A symposium with simultaneous translation:
This meeting’s objective is to address the different stakes raised by pharmaceuticals in Africa. As a consequence, it is impossible to favour one language over another. Communications will happen in English or French, and will be translate simultaneously for the public.

Open approach and help for mobility to scholars from the Global South and early career researchers :
The symposium values the scientific approach and international dialogue. Registration is completely free. The organisation committee will provide financial assistance for some presenters. It will use the following three criteria for selection: the scientific quality of the presentation, geographic origin of the scholar, and the career-stage of researchers (students or recent PhDs).The help will be adapted according to the geographical origin of the researchers. This aspect of the budget is conditioned to the financial help from IRD and AUF.
